Dubai Economic Department has revamped the process which makes the business setup process very fast and easy.

The main benefit of the instant license is that you don’t need a physical office so you can complete the license procedure without office. And whenever you feel your business is good enough, you can rent out an office. However for the second year you must have an office to renew your license.

The whole process will normally take 5 minutes depending on some factors such as proper documentation and no external department involvement. Business activities including approvals from external departments are not eligible for this type of license.

Furthermore, the instant license provides two investor/partner (3 years validity) and three employment visas (2 years validity).

Requirements and Cost of Instant License:

Business setup procedure requires investor to have a local sponsor for license. Also all shareholders presence is required at one of the DED service centers for processing. Expatriates having residence visa in UAE needs to provide NOC from their company but if they have partner visa, NOC is not required.

*Market Fee is the charge for Dubai Municipality.
